These terms govern your use of the 160 Foals platform and your participation in our online foal auctions. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by them.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be of legal age and provide accurate billing information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

2. Bidding

A card deposit is required before bidding. Every bid is firm and binding: the highest bid at the close of a lot constitutes a sale commitment, subject to the seller's reserve.

3. Payment & collection

The winning bidder undertakes to pay the hammer price plus any applicable buyer's premium and taxes within the stated deadline, and to arrange collection of the foal.

4. Liability

160 Foals acts as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. We make no warranty as to the future performance of any animal beyond the information published in good faith in each lot's pedigree.
